Zero With Line Through It On Keyboard

One such font is Consolas, which comes with Office 2007 (or, ifyou have an earlier version of Office, download the Compatibility Pack whichincludes the new fonts).

You may find other fonts with this character on theWeb.A less preferable way is to use a field to combine the zero character andthe slash character. See, inthe section 'Arithmetic mean, shorthand characters'. This form won't berecognized as a zero if you use calculation fields.-Regards,Jay FreedmanMicrosoft Word MVP FAQ:Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup soall may benefit.Suzanne S. You can make something that looks like a slashed zero by adding a combining slash (Unicode 337) to a zero, but that is really two characters and may not always behave as you expect. 0̷ I don't think you can make that slash from the keyboard, you have to use the Character Viewer. Then I turned it on again, but during startup, the normal apple logo appeared with the spinning circle thing underneath it, like usual, but then suddenly the apple logo changed to a circle with a line through it. I tried all the stuff I could think of, like removing the keyboard and mouse and blah blah bloohey and all that stuff.
